Yoga For Seniors

There is no constant changing from going down to the floor and getting up.

This flow focuses on building strength in our entire body to give you more mobility without the need to lower down to the ground. This is a great gentle yoga sequence for beginners because it eases you into your yoga practice and helps you gain confidence.
