Three-Part Breath

In this video, you learn how to expand and enhance your breathing by creating space in your stomach, lungs and shoulders. This ia a great tool to use in our every day life and in your yoga practice.

Learn how to do proper three-part yogic breathing to increase oxygen and induce feelings of relaxation. First, you start with abdominal breathing, followed by thoracic breathing and finally clavicular breathing. After you learn how to do the three-part breath, you will have the tools to deepen your yoga and meditation practice.
